Digital products
Our workbooks are digital downloads. Because the files are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, we don’t offer refunds once the files have been delivered.
If something goes wrong
If you can’t download your files, or a file is faulty or incomplete, email info@tiny-roars.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number. We will fix the problem or send you the files again. If we can’t fix it, we will refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5–7 working days.
Cancellations
Because delivery is instant, orders can’t be cancelled after payment.
